Terms & Conditions 

Welcome to NOE’ Fragrance Bar. By booking a service, attending a class, or purchasing any product, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully.

1. Services Provided

NOE’ Fragrance Bar offers custom fragrance-blending experiences using essential oils and fragrance oils. Services may include, but are not limited to:

  • Fragrance-making classes

  • Private group events

  • On-site/off-site fragrance bar experiences

  • Retail fragrance products

All services are intended for recreational and cosmetic purposes only.

2. Health & Safety Disclaimer

Our fragrances are created using essential oils and cosmetic-grade fragrance oils. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

By participating, you acknowledge:

  • Essential oils may cause allergic reactions, skin sensitivity, or irritation.

  • You are responsible for disclosing any known allergies, asthma, pregnancy, medical conditions, or sensitivities prior to your appointment.

  • NOE’ Fragrance Bar is not liable for reactions that occur due to undisclosed sensitivities.

A patch test is recommended prior to full product use.

3. Participation Requirements

  • All participants must follow safety and blending instructions provided during class.

  • Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

  • NOE’ Fragrance Bar reserves the right to refuse service to anyone engaging in unsafe or disruptive behavior.

4. Booking & Payment Policy

  • Full payment is required to secure your booking.

  • Appointments are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to be eligible for rescheduling.

  • No-shows and late cancellations may result in forfeiture of payment.

  • Late arrivals may have reduced session time.

6. Off-Site Events

For mobile fragrance bar services:

  • Client must provide suitable workspace, access to electricity (if needed), and adequate seating.

  • Travel/setup fees may apply.

  • NOE’ Fragrance Bar is not responsible for damages caused by venue conditions.

7. Product Use & Storage

  • All fragrance products should be stored in a cool, dry place.

  • NOE’ Fragrance Bar is not responsible for misuse, over-application, or improper storage.

8. Intellectual Property

All class materials, fragrance formulas, branding, and written content are the property of NOE’ Fragrance Bar and may not be reproduced or resold without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

NOE’ Fragrance Bar shall not be held liable for:

  • Allergic reactions or sensitivities

What to include in the T&C document

Generally speaking, T&C often address these types of issues: Who is allowed to use the website; the possible payment methods; a declaration that the website owner may change his or her offering in the future; the types of warranties the website owner gives his or her customers; a reference to issues of intellectual property or copyrights, where relevant; the website owner’s right to suspend or cancel a member’s account; and much, much more.
